Shipping Locations  

We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping services are not available.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your order is confirmed.  

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant details.  

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard shipping usually takes approximately 3–8 business days, allowing you to receive your latest fashion selections promptly.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request that the order be delivered again.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence.  

If a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund after verification with the courier partner.
